MIXING AND DIRECTIONS FOR USE

GENERAL USAGE: This Med-I-Mix pack can be used to fortify the rations of swine, beef and dairy cattle, sheep, poultry, or other livestock. Ten pounds of this Med-I-Mix mixed in 2 tons of complete feed will supply the following vitamin levels:

Vitamin A - 10,000 USP Units/Lb.

Vitamin D - 2,000 USP Units/Lb.

Vitamin E - 1.25 USP Units/Lb.
