DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Feed this ration continuously at 1.5 to 7 pounds daily to provide not less than 15 mg nor more than 70 mg Lasalocid sodium activity per head per day depending on body weight. This is a complete feed, containing both grain and roughages. While Silver Moon Lamb Fattener does include roughage, after animals have been on full feed for two weeks, it may be advisable to feed 1/2 pound hay per animal, every other day, in order to assist in preventing stress caused by rapid gains, and to assist in preventing death losses due to entertoxemia (overeating disease). Keep Silver Moon Sheep Mineral and water before animals at all times.
WARNING
Feed to sheep only. Do not feed to cattle. A withdrawal period has not been established for this product in pre-ruminating calves. Do not use in calves to be processed for veal.
CAUTION
Feeding undiluted or mixing errors may result in an excess Lasalocid concentration which could be fatal to cattle and sheep. DO NOT allow horses or other equines access to feeds containing Lasalocid as ingestion may be fatal. Safety of Lasalocid for use in unapproved species has not been established.
